Technician questions
Does it cost anything to sign up?
No. Creating an account and getting verified are free. The platform takes a commission on the requests you complete, and you'll see it in your wallet.
Can I work in more than one trade?
Yes. Pick every service you know when you sign up, and requests reach you based on them.
How long does verification take?
It depends on how busy the review queue is and how complete your details are. If everything is clear the first time, it goes faster, and if something is missing we let you know in the app.
What if I don't want to work on a certain day?
Switch off your availability in the app, and no requests will reach you until you switch it back on.
How do I get paid?
For cash jobs, you collect from the customer directly. For electronic payments, the amount is added to your wallet and you request a withdrawal from the app.
